Both our web based and mail order telephone order merchants benefit by using our Internet Gateway Merchant Account to accept credit cards and take payments online. Internet merchant accounts are serviced through Authorize.net, one of the leading web based payment companies in the world! This merchant account type allows you to process transactions and take payments online without the hassle of using a credit card machine. There are three types of internet merchant accounts to take payments online.
Ways to accept payment online include:
Virtual Terminal: This type of merchant account allows you to log in to our secure website and key in your credit card transactions manually to take payments online. The payments you take online, the transactions are then sent to the bank and deposited into the bank account of your choice. MOTO rates apply.
Internet Gateway: This type of merchant account is for our merchants with their own website who want to take payments online. The internet gateway will allow customers to key in their own credit card information by using our secure shopping cart, another way you can take payments online. Transactions are then sent to the bank and deposited into the bank account of your choice. MOTO rates apply.
Comstar QuickBooks Gateway: By utilizing Charge Anywhere® designed for QuickBooks®, merchants will be able to process credit cards directly through their QuickBooks interface and take payments online! Charge Anywhere, designed for QuickBooks integrates directly into QuickBooks Pro, Premier and Enterprise (Networked) Editions for 2005, 2006, 2007 and Vista. With this account, you will be able to process payments from invoices, process sales receipts (with 2006, 2007), automatically create payments, process multiple invoices, process returns and voids, and import transactions processed via POS Terminals supported by Comstar Gateway. You can also add a MagTek card reader to your PC to get RETAIL rates on this internet based account.
